"Co-creating a Healthy Community for Hong Kong's Ageing Population"
Hong Kong Shared Good Values (HKSGV) would like to invite you to join our latest Hong Kong Shared Good Values Sustainable Healthcare Conference schedule on 26 October 2018 (Friday), 11:30-17:00 at Caritas Institute of Higher Education (CIHE).
This conference will be part of HKSGV’s 2018 key healthcare initiatives, centering on Community Participation and Private-Public Partnerships that are crucial to sustainable healthcare development in Hong Kong. We are honoured to have Professor Chan Siu-chee, JP, Secretary for Food and Health of Food and Health Bureau to be our Guest of Honour, and Professor John Leong Chi-yan,SBS, JP, Chairman of the Hospital Authority serving as our Steering Committee Chairman. Together we shall create a platform to facilitate the exchange of ideas regarding how the medical field and the community can work together to propagate a cost-effective, cross-sector, well-coordinated and pragmatic healthcare approach. Discussions on the day will also look into the strengthening of district-based primary care services in a sustainable and age-friendly manner.
