HKSGV Workshops

Each year, HKSGV organises different workshops together with the Peter F. Drucker Academy for management level staff at corporates and NGOs in Hong Kong. Our workshops cover a range of topics relating to creating shared value, corporate culture building, and social impact assessment. The latest series was held in October and November 2019. It featured two topics: implementing innovation at workplaces and growing an ordinary team into a high-performing group through appreciative inquiry. These two workshops each engaged more than 20 senior management colleagues.
